How to put a call on hold

With VOIspeed it is possible to put an active call on hold using the function keyavailable on the call management panel; while the call is on hold, music and / or a custom audio message preset during configuration will be played.

The panel for handling a call on hold will look like this:

To resume the call click the play button play .
